In-network for the following:
– Cigna and Evernorth
– Unitedhealth
For all other insurance I am out-of-network. All rates are out of pocket. However, I can provide a detailed superbill (an itemized receipt of payments) so you can pursue reimbursement through your insurance provider. It may be a great idea to check with your insurance provider to see if you have out-of-network benefits for behavioral/mental health care.
